We’re thankful to share that Salty Endeavors Fishing Charters made it through the storm with minimal damage to our boats. Our marina in Fort Walton Beach was also fortunate to avoid the worst of the impacts.

We know others throughout Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and the surrounding communities have more difficult recoveries ahead. We hope everyone stayed safe, and our thoughts are with our neighbors, fellow captains, and local businesses dealing with damage.

Cleanup Underway This Week

Although our boats sustained minimal damage, we have a good bit of cleanup to tackle before returning to our regular charter schedule. We’re taking this time to get our boats and departure area ready to welcome guests back aboard.

We’re grateful to be looking ahead to another day on the water, and we appreciate everyone’s patience while we get things back up and running.

Aiming to Reopen October 14–15

We’re aiming to resume normal business hours Wednesday or Thursday, October 14–15, weather and cleanup permitting.

Our return to fishing will depend on cleanup progress and conditions on the water. We’re eager to get back out there, with safety remaining our priority.
